Tatry Job Agency Website Redesign
This project was part of my master thesis and consisted of three main phases: an analysis of the current website, usability testing, and the proposal of a new design solution.
The subject of the project was the website of a job agency that connects people with seasonal job opportunities abroad, primarily in the Netherlands.

Phase 1: Website Analysis
I analyzed the existing website and compared it with competitors. Despite limited data, it was clear the site lacked competitiveness. I conducted a UX audit using empathy and journey mapping to better understand user needs.
Phase 2: Usability Testing
To validate audit findings, I ran usability tests with users from the target audience. Using realistic tasks, I confirmed key pain points and discovered additional usability issues.
Phase 3: Design Proposal
Based on the insights, I designed a new solution addressing all major problems. I created wireframes and developed a clean, user-friendly interface focused on clarity, usability, and trust.
Main problems and pain points
🔁 Confusing application process for specific job offers
🧭 Confusing website navigation
📄 Inconsistent and unclear information structure in job detail pages
📌 Duplicate information throughout the site
🧩 Poorly structured and hard-to-notice job offer filter
🙅♂️ Missing social proof (e.g., reviews, testimonials, success stories)
