Domka a Non-profit Organisation Website Redesign
Domka is a non-profit organization that needed a redesign of their outdated website. I joined the project as the sole designer, setting up the core design foundations and creating the full homepage in both desktop and mobile versions.
Later, as more designers joined the team, I contributed to additional pages and collaborated closely in an agile workflow, presenting progress to the client every two weeks and refining designs based on feedback.
Although I stepped away from the project due to final exams and travel to the USA, my work laid the groundwork for the final design direction.

Process
Phase 1: Kickoff & Wireframes
The client provided low-fidelity wireframes for each page, outlining structure and basic content placement. These served as the foundation for the design process.
Phase 2: Iterative Design in Agile
We worked in two-week sprints. After each design presentation, the client gave feedback on what worked and what needed changes. This iterative approach allowed for continuous improvements.
Phase 3: Final UI Delivery
Following multiple feedback rounds, we refined the designs into polished, functional UI screens that aligned with the client’s vision and met usability best practices.
